Less alcohol. More of the life you want.
Helping you to change your relationship with alcohol.

Helping you to change your relationship with alcohol.

For busy women who drink, it can feel like you have become trapped in a cycle.
You may be thinking you want the benefits of sobriety, but it's not easy to be alcohol free in a society that promotes drinking.
Finding connection and unwavering support for your decision to stop drinking can make the difference as you move towards your future goals.
My coaching provides a supportive space to pause, take a break from alcohol and make lifestyle changes aligned with how you want to live your life.
I have 30 years healthcare experience as a qualified nurse working in high pressured roles, combined with teaching, mentoring and a certificate in coaching.
As a sobriety coach, I offer compassionate and professional support to help you realign your lifestyle with what you value.
My coaching will guide you through taking a break from drinking and navigating early sobriety - on your terms.
We will work together to help you find clarity on the role drinking has in your life, and focus on how you want your lifestyle to change, with a clear plan from day one.
At some point in our life, it can seem like alcohol is no longer giving the same kind of relaxation it used to, and yet it can be challenging to socialise or manage stress without it.
When drinking has become a regular part of your life, the relationship with alcohol can move towards grey area drinking. This is described as somewhere in the middle area of the alcohol use spectrum where you don’t think you’re dependent, but you're no longer happy with your drinking and how it’s affecting other areas of your life.
Grey area drinking is not usually problematic enough to require a recovery programme, but enough to create sense of feeling stuck and in conflict with how you want to live.
Working with a coach can give you the extra support and confidence you need to achieve the change you want, both with your drinking and the life choices you can create while living alcohol free.
